Dave Kristick’s Bio
Dave Kristick is the Deputy Executive Director and Director of Operations for the E-470 Public Highway Authority, where he heads up E-470’s customer services, public safety, marketing & public relations, facilities, toll systems and fleet vehicle maintenance programs. Dave also serves as the Vice Chairman of the board of trustees for the Alliance for Toll Interoperability (ATI) and as Chairman the board of directors of the OmniAir Consortium. A graduate of the United State Military Academy with a degree in Civil Engineering, Dave also holds an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.

Jason JonMichaelhas more than two decades of specialized experience in transportation technology, assisting transportation agencies solve their most complex technology challenges. His areas of expertise include Connected Vehicle technology, intelligent transportation systems, tolling, transit and enterprise information technology. JonMichael regularly provides insights and advice to industry-related non-profit boards, councils, committees and other organizations. Having lost his father to an avoidable traffic accident in a construction zone in 1979, Jason has devoted his life to improving transportation safety through technology.

Tim Baker
Tim Baker is an Assistant Vice President at MTA Bridges and Tunnels and leads its Strategics Initiatives Group, which helps ensure that the agency is prepared for the challenges and opportunities of rapidly changing technology in intelligent transportation and toll systems. MTA Bridges and Tunnels has a dual role of operating and maintaining key transportation links (seven bridges and two tunnels) and financially supporting the mass transit system of the New York City metropolitan region, and is the largest toll collector in the United States. In his 23 year career there, he has had broad responsibilities for operations, planning, financial management, and project implementation. Prior to his MTA career, Tim was an economist at DRI/McGraw-Hill, Chase and Wharton Econometrics, and IBM corporate headquarters, and studied economics at the University of Chicago and the City University of New York. He is a strong proponent for improving performance and reducing costs of technology by establishing open technical standards.

Mark Muriello
Mark Muriello has thirty-three years of experience in transportation and public finance, covering bus, rail, marine terminal, bridge, tunnel, and toll operations, as well as the electric utility industry. As Deputy Director of Tunnels, Bridges and Terminals for The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Mark oversees the operations, maintenance and investment plans for the agency’s six tunnels and bridges and two bus interstate bus terminals that connect the New Jersey and New York City. These facilities collectively serve 1.25 million customers each weekday and produce nearly $1.5 billion in revenue annually. Mr. Muriello serves in a leadership capacity in a number of industry and national transportation organizations, including the E-ZPass Group, the Transportation Research Board, the I-95 Corridor Coalition, and the Alliance for Toll Interoperability.
